Godaddy Say speed prob is in my website/script

    so im on a shared server, to poor for dedicated right now. and i have a cache and minify plugin running with a CDN, and my Google speed page and yslow score are both in the 90s grade A, and im using cloudflare, but my website still takes like 13 sec to load. is there something im missing? is there anything else i can do to speed up my site?

    also i have unlimited bandwidth…
