    Recently I was reading a Codex page on xhtml, and like a number of Codex pages, I wondered how recent it was, how relevant it was to the complete state of the current install. A date would not be hard to include and should be mandatory for anything technical since technology is always changing.

  • That’s not really feasible. The Codex is maintained by the community; Literally anyone can edit its pages. That said, if you login to he Codex (using the same login details that you use here), you immediately have access to a great of extra information on each page – including a full history of the page with dates & times. Does that help?
