[Plugin: Facebook Page Publish] default posts from selected categories doesn't work

    If I select “posts from selected categories” for “Publish by default” and choose a category from the list, posts from that category do not automatically get posted to FB. The “Post to Facebook” selector does get selected in the “Publish” box -after- having published the post, but I have to update the post for it to appear on Facebook. Would be nice if it got published the first time around.
