• When I view my blog at https://www.notinabox.com, the links at the top of the page include a “edit this” link. It would allow others to edit my posts. How can I make that not so?

Also the archives link does not work nor does the Copyright link?

    Any ideas?

  • ‘edit this’ – I see that on my blog, but you won’t. Only you see yours.

the other issues – have you written the content yet, and do you have permalinks enabled ?

    mediamst,

    i think,
    that “edit this” link appear,
because you still logged in as administrator.

    try to log out.
    and after you logged out,
    please check your weblog again.

is it the “edit this” link still appear in your weblog?

Where would i edit the content for the links such as “about” and where would I go to enable permalinks?

    I saw this………

“By default WordPress uses web URIs which have question marks and lots of numbers in them, however WordPress offers you the ability to create a custom URI structure for your permalinks and archives. This can improve the aesthetics, usability, and longevity of your links. A number of tags are available, and here are some examples to get you started.

    Structure: /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
    Result: https://www.notinabox.com/2005/09/03/sample-post/
    Structure: /archives/%post_id%
    Result: https://www.notinabox.com/archives/123″

Under permalinks, but quite honestly its a bit above my head…
