cannot moderate MY OWN blog

  • no idea why this isn’t working, but I have only developed one user name for my blog, and it is not giving me the full power i need to moderate and publish. What file do I need to get into to fix this?

  • When you say you “developed one user name” you mean in addition to “admin”? The highest level any second user can be is 9 unless you edit the user level in the database using phpmyadmin or something similar.

    If you created a user account, did you also promote that user account? Newly created accounts start at level 0. You’ll need to promote the account, and then raise the level to something suitable.

    The User_Levels and Authors_and_Users_SubPanel documentation may be helpful.
