[Plugin: IDrive for WordPress] DO NOT USE THIS PLUGIN – serious bug

Version 1.2.1 of IDrive caused Hostgator to shut down my site over CPU over-use. The problem was tracked down to non-optimized index. IDRive support was contacted almost a month ago and haven’t heard back. Problem details below

I want to alert you to a very serious problem in your Idrive WordPress plugin. Hostgator shut down my account yesterday for CPU over-usage on mysql, which we eventually tracked down to a problem with an Idrive backup in progress. The offending queries were something like this:

SELECT id, backup_timestamp FROM wp_idw_backupset WHERE file_name = /home/warriorc/public_html/wordpressworkshop.info/wp-content/themes/k2/single.php

which caused a serial scan on a table of 30,000 rows. You need to put indexes on this table, URGENTLY.
