Not recieving emails form contact form

So I am hosting on a windows VPS from 1and1 and I am currently using the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin and I have the correct smtp info for my gmail account. I send the test email in the settings and it works fine, I get the email instantly with no errors.

I am currently using the Branded Pro theme from frog themes and the contact form is not working. After filling out the form and hitting send it tells me that the form has been sent successfully but no email was sent.

I contacted frog themes support and this is what they said.

“I have test this and it all seems to be working up until the point where it sends the mail out suing the PHP function ‘mail()’. I would probably suggest checking with your host to see if they know why this could be. It could be some setting in php.ini or a firewall they have in place. But I am sure they will know more.
