Custom form and payment

I hope someone can help me out, I desperately need a form on my website that I can customize, something like contact form 7 would be great, but then at the end they need to pay me through paypal.

Whats going on here is they are registering to participate in a local tournament here in my town. The sign up form is kind of long, but I know I could make it in contact form 7, then at the end have paypal collect a payment.

PLEASE any advice or leads to achieve would be very greatly appreciated.
