[Plugin: Edit Flow] Public News Budget like on NY1.com/TheCall

I like your plugin and have a question/recommendation about public news budgets. Can you add a feature that would display a news budget like the New York 24-hours news station New York 1 does on their website for their show “The Call” (www.ny1.com/thecall). They post a rundown of top stories each day and the public can adjust the order of the rundown and it shows the percentages of people who voted for the #1 story, #2, etc. The top stories, as determined by the public, are discussed each night on the program.
