W3 total cahce dynamic page cache

so im using W3TC and my have a spot at my site that dynamic. you can click reviews or additional info tabs and it shows that sections, but when i enable page caching, it makes them static Right?
is there a way to enable page cahceing but keep just those tabs dynamic? other size it makes my page very long
