Adding only Facebook and Twitter Buttons

  • Hi, I need help adding ONLY Facebook and Twitter buttons to the end of my posts. Can anyone help? Sorry, I’m new, and it’s an old blog, using a custom WP design, version 3.1.3 I added Share and Follow, but it gives me every social media button. I just want Facebook and Twitter, and I want them side by side under the posts, not one under the other. Thank you!
