[Plugin: ZipList Recipe Plugin] How do I create an index page

I am a newby in WordPress, so sorry for asking silly questions. I am using the Ziplist plugin and the recipes show up in my blogs nicely. However I also want to have a page with an index and categories. This way my visitors can find recipes in the different categories.
How do I get such an “index page”?
