How to Backup WordPress Files?

    Hi, I’m upgrading to version 3.3.1, but I can’t figure out which WordPress files are supposed to be backed up. I already backed up the SQL database, so I just need help figuring out which files to backup, and where to download them. I’m using Lunarpages with cPanel.
