    To get started just add one of the following codes to any post or page and fill in the attributed with your information.

    Standard Button (without Sub-Headline):

    Having filled the relevant information in and pasted this into the html script editor for the page all I see displayed in the published page is this code – not the button required.

    I must be doing something wrong but do not understand what.

    Please advise on what I need to do please.
