No Users menu for admin

  • When I login to the blog as admin, the Users menu is missing as well as some other important items. How can I verify that my user has the correct permissions?

    Hi, can anyone tell me which settings in the DB control what my admin user can see? No admin type menus. He is listed with level 10.
