    Blog just started showing “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” for admin when it tries to call user_can_access_admin_page(). I think it is failing here:

    if ( isset( $_wp_submenu_nopriv[$parent][$plugin_page] ) )

    What can I do to be able to login again?
