Centering blogtimes?

I just put in blogtimes and weirdest thing is that when i put in this code(as author says)..

Naturaly it shows and when i put it below this footer code..

Then it shows nicely in the middle,but i want it above all that text <?php bloginfo(‘name’); ?> is proudly powered by

But when i put it above that its not centered..
How do i put it centered just above the powered by ?
Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaaseseeeeee ??
