Could you change the line 126 from

add_management_page('TinyMCE Valid Elements', 'TinyMCE Valid Elements', 10, __FILE__, 'tmve_admin_menu');

to

add_management_page('TinyMCE Valid Elements', 'TinyMCE Valid Elements', 'manage_options', __FILE__, 'tmve_admin_menu');

? This will remove a deprecated warning ??
