Problems importing old database

    I needed to reinstall wordpress, but when I try to import the old database to the new, I do everything after the book and I get the message: “Your SQL-query has been executed successfully : The content of your file has been inserted. (3933 Instructions) ” but nothing has happened to the database. What is wrong?
