[Plugin: Personal Fundraiser] Mobile Access

Hi John,

Great plugin.

While the plugin works great in a mobile environment, the one drawback is that the ‘Create My Campaign Page’ link is not functional in the front-end.

It would be great to have a standard link for mobile users that directs to a page as opposed to a popup. This would greatly increase the power of this exceptional plugin.
