[Plugin: Welcome Pack] dpw-en_US.mo missing

  • I’m not able to access network plugin management (/wp-admin/network/plugins.php) after the welcome-pack plugin is copied to plugins folder. The “open_basedir restriction in effect” error is displayed.

    PHP Warning: is_readable() [function.is-readable]: open_basedir restriction in effect.     The error refers to dpw-en_US.mo file which is not included in with the plugin.
    All other plugins including BuddyPress work fine.
    WP version – 3.3.1
    Web Server – IIS 7.5
    OS – Windows 2008R2

    Your server is configured to only allow scripts access to files in a certain directory. Your own files are not in this directory. This is a server configuration error (you should be able to access your own files) and your host should be able to fix it.
