[Plugin: Page Restrict] Feature Request: Inverted Restriction by Selection

I’d love to see an inverted setting for the plugin that by default restricts all posts/pages *except* the ones selected. So all new posts and pages would automatically be restricted, but you could go in and select some that weren’t restricted.
