  • Installed the plugin. The new lead is being passed and custom fields are being created. The only field that has any data passed to it is the email address. I have tried using both methods of placement for the API with no luck. Fields are on the form, however they are empty. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m having the exact same issue as tetonshaggy. Any help would be appreciated.

I’ve installed the plugin and added my Organization ID successfully, but nothing appears in Salesforce. I’ve never used this plugin before and since it’s supposed to be dummy proof and has no more steps to take I’m a loss at what even is supposed to happen.

    Is the plugin just broken?

Silly me, it’s working okay for me. I don’t have the same issue.

@odorouze, what did you do to fix this?

I’m having the same issue. I double checked my SF id, and it is correctly saved in the plug in. I then upgraded the gravity forms plug in to 1.6.5, and I made sure that each form has the SF plugin enabled. However, I am still not getting any leads imported at all. Any ideas would be welcome.

I have the same problem… could someone please provide a fix..

only email field is being completed, no matter what i do with the admin labels..
