[Theme: Sunny Blue Sky] Removed sidebar, now bottom border image is misaligned

Hey guys, i’ve spent a good few hours trying to sort this out myself without reaching out for help but i’m stuck;

I removed the references to the sidebar in the page template which did the job of removing the sidebar (so i can achieve full width posts) but now the bottom image of the theme’s border is too high up.

It also seems to have become centred to the right along with the footer. I thought solving it would be as simple as adding padding above the bottom border image (menu-bg.png) but all it does it increase the blank space in the text body area, leaving the problem with the border image. The css in the style.css file that i think might be relevant to solving this is as follows
