WordPress Blog with Different Sections

Ok.
I have a wordpress blog over at https://www.bamboojamaat.byethost32.com.

Now I want it to have four sections, so that each aspect of the masjid will have their own section. So I want it to have essentially one main page where posts from one category is shown. This would be the page that you see when you visit https://www.bamboojamaat.byethost32.com.

Then there will be a section for a Youth Group, where there is an administrator for that and he can only post there and nowhere else.

Then an area for the Sisters Group, where again one admin and she can only post there and nowhere else.

Then one last area that will be decided in the future, with the same as the others.

So these areas will be links at the top of the website. So you click Youth Group and you see what they have in store for the future… and same with the others.

Now how do i go about doing this with the least amount of work…
