Permalink Image problem

Hi,

I am new to wordpress and blogging.On my blog https://www.amitabhchhabra.com,
when permalink is set to default then there is no issue. But,when I change the permalink to any other type like postname or month and post then my picture on the home page (when reviewed from any category or date links) shows a X. However the photo does reappear when I go to the home page.

Any suggestions?
