If you can’t log in and deactivate the plugin you’ll have to go to the installation folder on yuor server and delete that plugins folder.

I appreciate your help here, problem is, I’m not sure where the plug-in is installed, I did not set up the wordpress portion of the site.

If I give you access to the FTP could you possibly tell me where the installs are located? I get this error message at both of these locations…

You have posted where the plugin is installed from the error.

Login to your control panel then go to html etc. delete the “gravityforms” folder and then try and install it again (if you still want it)

P.S. you also have the error on the “training” site as well so you may want to do the same for that one

When you say log into my control panel, I’m assuming you mean log into https://www.wealthient.com/thekeyfacts/wp-login.php and https://www.wealthient.com/training/wp-login.php

Problem is, when I try to log in to these locations as admin, the dashboard appears blank.

Well, I went into FTP at https://ftp.wealthient.com/thekeyfacts and went into the wp-content/plugins/ and delted the gravity forms folder, now my https://www.wealthient.com/thekeyfacts page is totally blank. My dashboards are blank when I login as Admin as well….HELP!

The suggestion of removing the Gravity Forms folder didn’t work, now the location https://www.wealthient.com/thekeyfacts is just blank totally.

Temporarily rename your plugins folder, it will disable all plugins.

Then try renaming your current theme folder to
force wp to use twenty eleven.

@ esmi, I’m not sure about what version, as I said I came in after the fact and am not very experienced with WP. Is there any way to find the version number? Also, renamed the Tweaker2 folder inside themes to tweaker222, still https://www.wealthient.com/thekeyfacts is a blank page.

I am using filezilla, how would I reset the plugins folder via FTP?

Follow those instructions although you have already tried that in a sense.
Is it possible this is a wordpress Multisite? I have never used MU or installed it so I wouldn’t know but could that be part of the problem?
