posts in a page

hey. i’ve made this site & i want to put my post on a page. i did it myself https://www.unicorndesign.net/wordpress/?page_id=15 but then I read somewhere that to have posts operate within a page I need to add a plug-in. any suggestions? my first time using p.s. what i did was click the blog template for this page but i don’t knwo if that’s fine
