remove 'Category' at the bottom of my blog

  • I went to my live blog and found the following link: Category listing: Party Pills procalisx pills viagra 100mg
    I did not put this there and I want to know how to remove it as soon as possible.

    Also need step by step info on upgrading my wordpress from 2.6 to current. I understand that I must do it in increments. Can someone help me get to wp 2.7? I am lost on this and can really use some assistance.
