BuddyPress Language problem

So I downloaded the Arabic BP translation after working all night on by myself on GlotPress community translation website of WordPress, but then when I placed the file via FTP inside the languages folder (and deleting original) the language of BP is still English on my website ??
Is there anything that I haven’t done correctly?
I exported a .po file from GlotPress as instructed by www.remarpro.com

Please help me on this guys, really appreciate the great stuff that goes on here ??
