IblogPro 5,4 and 3

Hi,
I want to get iBlogPro theme but i want to ask:

Does version 5 come with the function to add a bbPress forum? How do you do it?

Does v5 come with the Drag & Drop builder or do you have to pay extra for that? How do you use it?

Is the version of iBlog offered here the full pro version for V3. And does it have the Drag and Drop builder and the forum?
