[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Cannot grant permissions for wall posts

The button: Grant SFC Permissions for the Automatic Publishing module is not a button, but plain text (thus you cannot click it to grant permissions to the plug in to post to Facebook). I tried turning off all other plug ins that may interfere without success.
