[Plugin: Contact Form 7] multiple recipients

I have set the form up to send to the recipient that is selected from the drop down menu.
In my email message body I want to be able to show the drop down that was selected.
Previously when the drop down box was just a selection box I used Location: [menu-658].
Does anyone know if this is possible or what tag to use?
