[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Failure to deploy – Are you sure you want to do this? Page

When trying to deploy, I get the following error:

In the page title, it says “WordPress Failure Notice”.
The page says:

Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.

When clicking on Please try again, it goes back to the General page and it says Preview Mode is enabled, but if I click the Deploy button again, I get same error.
