Could you please help me finding a plugin?

I am looking for a plugins that create a user profile page in WordPress with a custom field addable, and can be accessed in public via permalink. I am creating a golf club website for my mom using WordPress and has a problem to display each member profile page with some specific information such as handicap, group, etc.

I have searched and tried out many plugins including “Member List” “People Lists” “EZ Staff List” but none of them suits my need. The “Member List” is the one that closest to my need but they cannot display member as separated group list, just a plain list. (Each member has its own group like “Yearly Member” “Permanent Member” etc. but the plugin cannot display each group separated)

Could you please suggest me the plugins per my requirement?
