I finally find the origin of my problem :

Twitter imposes a limit by ip per hour.
With a shared server, this limit is reached all the time !

Good Job Geoffrey! I’m also having the same problem and just found this thread via a quick google search. Hopefully the solution is easy to implement. Let us know if you need help testing.

Thank you very much for your proposal.

The solution seems to be going through an authentication method.
But the number of requests will still be limited to 350 instead of 150 (currently).
Which is low for a number of sites hosted on a shared server, as is often the case.

The cache server would have a reason to exist, but it will not prevent other sites from the server to eat the number of requests…

This limit is very embarrassing!

If anyone knows the Twitter API and can offer me time, I’m interested on… The documentation of this API is not clear enough for me.

Finally, the plugin already works, but only for some configurations (private hosting for example), i just need to broke this f***ing limitation imposed by Twitter.

I am really sorry to have wasted your time! It was actually the fact my client hadn’t written anything on his twitter, so your plugin couldn’t pick it up!

Sauf que pour ma part, cela fait plusieurs semaines et cela n’a jamais fonctionné. J’ai essayé plusieurs autres plugins, même résultat. J’ai cliqué sur les liens dans FAQ mais je n’ai pas bien compris à quoi ils servent. Sais-tu comment réparer mon flux RSS Twitter?
