Can't Access Site after Download

I am new to this and I recently installed wordpress for my website through Bluehost. Now I am unable to to access my website or my admin login. I keep getting this error “Safari can’t open page because it can’t find the server”. I know there may be some extra steps that I am missing, so if anyone can assist me I would greatly appreciate it.
