    Hi team cubic,

I found the problem was that I had used an apostrophe in the Subject heading.

I suggest trying just normal type with no punctuation for the Subject and see how you get on.

    Good luck

    Hi,

Thanks, alas I have no punctuation in my suggested subject lines- I cannot even send a test email succesfully.

I am also having this problem. I suspect it’s been going on for a while (1 month, maybe 2) but just discovered it when setting up another site with the plugin. I host my own sites with Rackspace and haven’t had these issues before.

I am moving mine over to rackspace this week so I am hopeful this will then be resolved… in the meantime please keep me posted on any fixes for this you find.

I am with Rackspace already (love them, btw). We manage our own servers. In my case, it turned out to be something at the server level that was preventing mail from being sent out via any php forms. It ended up not just being the WP plugin but ALL of our contact forms, even the ones on non-WP sites. My server guy had made some security adjustments which resulted in being a little too secure, not letting mail through. As soon as he changed those settings, we were able to use the plugin.

I hope this at least helps some folks out there who may be having problems and have already ruled out the other possible causes.
