Firewall2 – Updates and Alerts

    Every time I update a version of WordPress this firewall goes off and sends me hundreds of injection attack alerts. Should I just turn the plugin off when I update WordPress, or any other update? This has happened twice now, and the last time, the webscanner from godaddy alerted as well. Is there something I can do to prevent this, without deleting the plugin? I like the protection, but this is crazy.
