$30 to “code your blog” is kind of vague…what are you looking for? A completely original theme? Help with customization?

You want someone to email you their past work and if you approve you might pay them around $30…. I would be surprised if you had any takers. Design is far from cheap. It only looks easy / slick because designers know their stuff.

Find Neuro’s Back-in-Black2 theme and add your images to that.

I already made you an offer way below my normal rate, because I think I can fit your design into one of my existing themes. Good luck then, maybe you’ll find a guy from a low-wage country that considers $30 to be s0mething.

30$ is actually ok for say 30 minutes of work. As long as it is limited to that ??
