    – The original intent of the plugin was for those who would only be editing in Visual mode, not to mention I had never thought to look into adding buttons to the HTML mode. Certainly not ruling it out as a feature in a future release though.
    – Thats the big one on the to-do list. I would give an ETA so I would have a target to hold myself to but for now the best I can do is its next on the list.
    – You can now (you were supposed to be able to before). The new version, 1.5, includes some fixes to bugs I found when updating it for 3.3.
