Page Editing Restrictions for WP user

Hello,

I have a wordpress installation that is a main page plus 4 other pages for the individual departments within our organization and I am trying to find a plugin that will allow me to select a different “Editor” for each page so the editor will only be able to edit/add content to their respective page and not the others. I still want the pages to be viewable/searchable by all, just change out who has the ability to edit it. All other users will be contributors.

Does anybody know of a plugin that will do this or if it’s even possible? I tried role scoper and a couple of others but the page view will dissapear if I restrict it and that is not what I am looking for.
