How to grant permission to a user on a custom post type or plugin

  • Hi, there!
    I’m developing a website that affiliated users can register and once logged in they must be able to create custom post named “Recommendation”, where they insert name/company, email, type of recommendation and an email is sent to the friend or whoever.
    But, How can I grant those users access only to this type of post (custom post)?
    If don’t want they to access pages, posts, and whatsoever the website has for administrators use.

    Hope I could transcript correctly what I want.
