how to obtai the function of new subcrivers

  • Hello all.
    I want to know how to pass the event of a new enrollment and data of the new WP site writing a script that resides on my server. All this automatically.
    Put another way:
    I’m building a page where you can suggest viral your friends to subscribe to my site. If these friends if you sign up 3 friends that person will receive a gift.
    I would like to know how to automatically obtain the email of the new Subscriber to send it to my script.
