[Plugin: WP Photo Album Plus] Using IPTC Caption as photo description

Using WP 33 WP-Photo-Album-Plus 429.
Is there a way to pull the IPTC Caption (IPTC tag 120) from the .JPG file and use it as description for photos ? As HTML Code in Table IX, item 12 maybe ?
