Blog redirecting to a different site if uses https protocol

Your web host gave you the IP address that was previously used by adult-toy-outlet.com and that company had installed an SSL certificate for the domain, so you are getting their certificate when you try to switch over to https:

Your web host should be able to remove that certificate so you don’t get redirected.

I hope that helps. For what it’s worth, managing certificates is really quite confusing in the hosting company’s control panel, so don’t be too mad at them for that mixup, as embarrassing as it may be.
