how do I create a link to the current category?

I’m trying to add links at top of this rug description that go to the next and previous rug (post) and back to the rug’s category (categories are listed in left-hand sidebar).
I’ve got the previous/next links, but how would I create a dynamic link that takes you back to the post’s category no matter what category that is?
