WordPress 3.3 – Slideshow Plugins Not Working

After updating to WordPress 3.3 a couple plugins aren’t working on two separate websites – All In One Slideshow and WordPress Gallery Plugin. Does anyone know a simple solution for this? I’m not sure if it’s a jQuery issue or what. Any tips would be great.

I am aware I should contact the developers of the plugins, but this is a time-sensitive issue. I’m using the All In One Slideshow on 20+ sites, so I’d like to know the reasoning behind the incompatibility so I can resolve it as soon as possible. If anyone knows of quality, compatible slideshow plugins with 3.3, I’m all ears to those, too.
