• My website is returning with an error no matter what page I go to.

    Main page:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/dusk/public_html/wp-content/themes/graphene/functions.php on line 1389”

    Wp-admin:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/dusk/public_html/wp-includes/locale.php on line 161”

I’m not sure what to do since I can’t even access the WP admin page.

  • To access your Dashboard you will need to remove or rename the wp-content/themes/graphene theme folder via FTP.

When you do your site will revert to the default WordPress theme and you should be able to access the Dashboard to diagnose the problem further.

Rename your plugins folder to plugins-old via FTP.

It looks like your theme is causing the problem, so if you can’t get in via that method, you’ll need to delete the graphene theme folder.

Okay, I renamed the graphene folder which just created a new error. I then renamed the plugins folder and now the main page is a blank white screen, and I can access wp-admin. I figure I should try putting the graphene folder back to normal and turning off all of my plugins, then turn them on one by one to see if I can find the problem?

If you can access wp-admin, turn on the TwentyEleven theme.

Okay. Site’s back up with the theme running, tried turning on some plugins and got an error again. I’ll have to take a look at them one by one and figure out which one is causing the error.
