[Plugin: AnythingSlider for WordPress] W3 Total Cache Conflict
-
Howdy. Great plugin, but I’m sad to say that it looks like I may not be able to use it ??
It looks like the plugin doesn’t work with W3 Total Cache enabled. When it’s enabled, the anythingslider js doesn’t load. I couldn’t figure out if it was a specific type of caching that was causing the issue, but disabling W3 fixed the problem. I did rule out minifying as the specific problem.
It looks like you’re hooking the js enqueue onto template_redirect. I didn’t know that hook, and I wonder if that’s the issue (e.g. maybe W3 misses it because it’s hooked there).
Because this is such a common plugin, it seems like a conflict worth resolving.
